Vien.noir grew from music theatre, cabaret and the desire to conceive an evening not through genres, but as one complete experience.
Our story
From Opera Moderne to Vien.noir.
Artistic precision meets the freedom to rewrite the rules.
Vien.noir has its roots in Opera Moderne, founded by Rebecca Greenstein in 2011, and in Hot Box Girls International. Classical music theatre, live music and the energy of cabaret evolved into a new form of interdisciplinary stage art.
Today, Vien.noir brings together voices, instrumentalists, dance, aerial artistry, burlesque, costume and space in productions that are not merely seen, but experienced. Always with the highest artistic standards – and always with a taste for the unexpected.
